Privacy Policy

Mindverse Tutor collects only the information necessary to deliver educational services, including parent and student contact information, grade level, learning goals, assessment results, and payment details processed by secure third-party providers. Information is used to manage enrolments, deliver classes, communicate with families, improve services, and comply with legal obligations. Children's information is collected only with parental or guardian consent where required by law. Parents may request access, correction, or deletion of their child's personal information. Mindverse Tutor does not sell or rent personal information or use children's data for behavioural advertising. We strive to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada, the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

Terms & Conditions

By using the website or enrolling in a programme, parents and students agree to these terms. Mindverse Tutor provides mathematics, English, phonics, after-school academic support, one-to-one tutoring, small-group tutoring, assessments, and related educational services. Students are expected to participate respectfully and complete assigned work. Parents are responsible for accurate registration details, ensuring attendance, and providing a suitable learning environment. Programme content, schedules, tutors, and lesson formats may change where reasonably necessary. All educational materials remain the intellectual property of Mindverse Tutor and may not be copied, distributed, or recorded without written permission. Mindverse Tutor provides educational coaching only and does not guarantee examination scores or admissions outcomes.

Refund Policy

All programme fees, registration fees, deposits, and tuition payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds are provided for missed classes, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, withdrawal, relocation, technical issues on the student's end, or non-attendance. Make-up sessions may be offered solely at the discretion of Mindverse Tutor and subject to tutor availability. Programme changes required to maintain instructional quality do not constitute grounds for a refund. For children, enrolment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Parents are responsible for reviewing all programme information and policies before payment. In the rare event that Mindverse Tutor cannot deliver a programme and no suitable alternative can be provided, Mindverse Tutor may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement class or programme credit without creating an obligation to provide a monetary refund.
